The flat is situated on the hill Terazije, the highest landmark in the old town with the constant breeze bringing fresh air from the rivers. The neighborhood is oasis of peace that still reflects the distinguished elegance and intimacy of Old Belgrade. The flat t is surrounded with cafes, restaurants, bookshops, cinemas, theatres and last but not least there is a small,well supplied supermarket.
Apartment is in excelent condition, generally renovated 2006.
